World Class Koneprusia Trilobite - New Species

This little gem is a truly WORLD CLASS trilobite specimen. It's an extremely rare type of Koneprusia trilobite, which as far as I can tell is still undescribed. It's only the second specimen I've seen of the species and is of much higher quality. The species has a distinctive pair of spines on each axial ring, unlike the single spine in other Koneprussia species.

What truly sets that specimen apart is not just the rarity of the species but the phenominal preparation work. The work was done by hands down the best trilobite preparator in Morocco and took many dozens of hours of work under microscope. The orange coloration on the spine tips is particularly beautiful.
