Partial Theropod Femur Likely Allosaurus

Here is a partial femur (thigh bone) of a Jurassic aged theropod dinosaur. An allosaurus is a likely candidate. It measures 12 inches in length and is missing the distal end which would have contained the condyles or knuckles. It is slightly compressed and there is an offset in the shaft from how it was preserved. It was collected from the Big Horn Basin Ranch in Wyoming (Morrison Formation)
