This is a detailed specimen of the seed fern, Eusphenopteris nummularia from the Upper Silesia Coal Basin of Poland. Seed ferns are a group of extinct tree-like plants with fern-like foliage but having seeds. It's Upper Carboniferous, or approximately 305 million years old.
