This is a detailed, 44 million year old fossil soft millipede (order Polyxenida - family Polyxenidae) preserved in Baltic amber. The millipede measures about 4mm long.
As a reminder, most inclusions in Baltic amber are extremely small so magnification will be needed to make out much detail.
