Rare 2.6" Psephichinus Urchin - Garsif, Morocco

This is a very large, 2.6" wide Psephichinus daguinii sea urchin from the Middle Cretaceous deposits near Garsif, Morocco. The surrounding limestone matrix has been painstakingly removed from surrounding most of it, but it was left still embedded in the limestone to create an aesthetic display.
