Bulk: 1 Lb Fossil Sand Tiger Shark Teeth - About 800 Teeth

This is bag of 1 pound of fossil Sand Tiger Shark teeth (around 800 teeth) from the Eocene aged phosphate deposits near Khouribga, Morocco. Fossil shark teeth are quite common in these deposits and are collected by locals as a byproduct of the massive phosphate mining operations in the area.

The teeth mostly range between 3/4" to 1 1/4" in length. 90%+ of them are complete, some may have missing tips or chips out of of the root. Most of the teeth are from the extinct Sand Tiger Shark (Striatolamia macrota) though there may be some other species mixed in.
