10" Mioplosus With Knightia Fossil Fish Plate - Green River Formation

This is two fossil fish from the Green River Formation near Kemmerer, Wyoming. The larger isa 10" Mioplosus,one of the more uncommon species from the formation. The smaller is a 3.9" Knightia, probably the most common. This specimen shows bones, fin rays and scales. This specimen has a repaired crack near the tail of Mioplosus.

It comes with an acrylic display stand.
