Fossil Cricket (Gryllidae) Cluster - Green River Formation, Utah

This is a cluster of crickets (family Gryllidae) from the Green River Formation, Uintah County, Utah. In addition to the crickets, unidentified plant material is present. Two of the crickets are well preserved and easily identifiable, though one is poorly preserved and may be a different insect.

While this formation is best known for well preserved fossil fish found in Wyoming, other sections of the formation contain a very diverse insect fauna.
