Enrolled Asaphus Kowalewskii - Russian Trilobite

This is a juvenile Asaphus kowalewskii trilobite quarried from near St. Petersburg Russia. Trilobite enrolled like modern day "pill bug" for defense. It has long stalk eye which would have helped it look above the soft mud of the ocean floor.
