6.4" Fossil Running Rhino (Hyracodon) Jaws - South Dakota

This is a 6.4" wide jaw section of Hyracodon nebraskensis. It was collected from the the White River Formation in South Dakota and would be approximately 32-34 million years old. The majority of the rock that this specimen was found in has been prepped away from the jaw. The teeth are all natural and still sit within the mandible which makes up most of the specimen. There is a small portion of maxilla with two teeth, held in place by rock.

Comes with a display stand.
