5" Eubrontes Dinosaur Footprint - Massachusetts

This is a 5" long dinosaur footprint that was collected from the Jurassic age Portland Formation of Massachusetts. Based off the toe size, spread and shape, this would be an Eubrontes giganteus trace fossil. Eubrontes is not the genus of the dinosaur, but instead the name of this dinosaur footprint. The type of dinosaur that left the footprints has yet to be determined, however it's widely believed to be from a carnivorous theropod. The slab of rock has a couple of repaired cracks running through it.

It comes with an acrylic display stand.
