This is a .26" tooth of a late Cretaceous marsupial (Alphadon) from the Judith River Formation, Montana. This specimen is an incisor in very good condition with good enamel. The tip is missing.

Alphadon is a genus of extinct mammals that closely resembled modern opossum. There are three species known from the Judith River Formation.
