2.1" Paleocene Fossil Flower Stamen (Palaeocarpinus) - North Dakota

This is a beautiful fossil staminate inflorescence (flower stamen) of the genus Palaeocarpinus sp., collected from the Sentinel Butte Formation of North Dakota. It is finely detailed and the light preservation contrasts well against the dark orangish-brown rock.

It comes with an acrylic display stand.
